LCS Company produces brackets and clamps in custom sizes to meet diverse industry demands. We manufacture mounting brackets, PC board/computer brackets, rack brackets, wire cable clamps, and several other products. Our products are available with washable, airtight, and acid resistant characteristics. All production runs, be it low, high, or medium volume, can be handled by us. In addition, we can paint, plate, and heat treat the parts as well.

We use die cutting, laser cutting, and reel to reel processing for fabricating metal brackets. Based on part designs, we achieve tight tolerances between 0.0005" to 0.010" in our production operations. Aluminum, copper, tin, titanium, and different types of steel are processed on our presses. Depending on the base material and design configuration, we can also create slots, ranging from 0.005" to 0.125" in width, on the parts.

Manufacturing three-sided pan, single wing U, Z, and L types of brackets are our specialty. Our single wing U brackets are widely used in mounting electrical components. Hat brackets for mounting switches and data port connectors are available too. Brackets or clamps up to 84" in length can be produced. We also create prototypes of such brackets for specific applications.
