We produce custom metal cans, cups, and housings for all types of prototype and mid volume requirements. Our products exhibit different characteristics to suit applications in compressors, pumps, material handling equipment, and flow meters. They are acid resistant, color-coded, waterproof, and self-sealable. We use unique material flow technology to create special features on these parts, which would normally require a machining operation.

While fabricating housings, we achieve close tolerances ranging from 0.001" to 0.020". Our motor housings facilitate low noise, high yield, and low cost operations in electrical motors. We can produce parts that range from 0.1" to 24" in diameter. Stainless steel, aluminum, as well as exotic materials such as Inconel, titanium, and tantalum can be used to fabricate housings. We can finish the components using bead blasting, anodizing, and polishing. Nickel, zinc, or chrome plated finishes can be provided too.
