From coining and deep drawing to progressive die and robotic stamping, LCS Company uses different types of production methods to fabricate custom metal stampings. Depending on the production requirements, operations are chosen to create prototypes as well as contract manufacturing volumes. Stamping capabilities that range from 3 to 330 tons, allow us to handle all bulk, short run, miniature, as well as micro miniature requirements efficiently. LCS Company also has an inventory of punch presses, hydraulic presses, and roll forming equipment to meet your most demanding requirements.

Our presses with electronic roll feeds and tonnage monitors facilitate hi-speed stamping operations up to 800 cycles/min. In addition, we have an in-house automation system to improve the efficiency of our robotic stamping operations. Tolerances as close as 0.0001" are achieved in the production processes. Our metal stamped parts are widely used in aircraft, electric motors, appliances, flow meters, missiles, instrumentation, and housings.

We create countersunk, embossed, tapped, threaded, and any other complex feature required for your application. To inspect the dimensional quality of such features, LCS Company uses a range of programmable comparators, vision system, hardness testers, height gauges, and CMM machines.
