We produce custom shims and washers from prototype to high volume production requirements. Capabilities include manufacturing flat, flush, flanged, and several other types of washers as well as compression, laminated, sheet, and tab type shims. Intricate features can also be laser cut, stamped, or photo etched on parts.
Primarily used in missiles and aircraft, our laminated shims meet stringent material composition plus thickness specifications in compliance with Mil-Spec, AS, and NADCAP standards. Based on the application, we offer many secondary processes such as heat treatment, nickel-plated, powder coated, and painted finishes.
